1. Payment Methods

64squareschess.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, select Debit Cards and Net Banking. Other payment methods may be added from time to time.

2. Who are you buying from

64squareschess.com acts as the agent to those who are promoting the events for which you book/register ("Event Organizer"). When you register for an event/tournament, 64squareschess will be handling the transaction and collecting payment for the organizer.

3. Pricing and availability

64squareschess processes registration on behalf of Event organizers and does not control its availability and pricing.

4. Age Limit

Age limit for registration is imposed by the event organizer and not by 64squareschess.com.

5. Internet Handling Fee

Registrations done through 64squareschess.com are subject to a per registration internet handling fee and a non-refundable per order processing fee.

6. Order Confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm the same from your booking history or with the Customer Service Department whether or not your order has been placed. 64squareschess.com will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

7. Refunds and Exchanges

Before registration, carefully review your booking details. 64squareschess.com prohibits exchanges or refunds after a registration has been made. The refund policy in case of event cancellation will be in accordance with the organizer refund policy. 64squareschess.com does not take any responsibility when an event is canceled or rescheduled. In case of refund, we will credit the amount back to your account within 5 working days.

8. Delivery

We don't physically deliver any tickets or goods. Order confirmation is sent through email and is the proof of registration.

9. Pricing and Other Errors

If the amount you pay for a registration is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this website or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to register an invalid event, then 64squareschess.com will have the right to cancel that registration and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website.

10. Cancelled/Postponed Events

Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed by the promoter. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you and refund the amount as per the policy of the organizer.

11. Customer Care

If you need help regarding your order or any other issue, the best in the company is available. We guarantee a response time of one working day and you can reach our customer service department at support@64squareschess.com.

12. Offers and Promocodes

Offers posted by 64squareschess.com can only be redeemed/used on the 64squareschess.com website.

Detailed Terms & Conditions

1.0 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 The 64squareschess.com website ("Website") is an internet-based entertainment ticketing portal owned and operated by 64 Squares Chess, an academy incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office at No 31, Venkata Narayana Road, T.Nagar, Chennai, 600 017, India.
1.2 Through the Website, 64 Squares Chess shall provide you ("User") chess tournament information, pricing, availability, and registration for sports events across cities and rural areas throughout India ("Service"). This Service may be availed by the User, family members, and friends in India at any time during the year through vendors ("Service Providers").
1.3 This User Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions on which 64 Squares Chess shall provide the Services to the User through the Website. Depending on the Services opted for, the User shall read and accept the relevant terms of service ("TOS"), which may be updated or modified by 64 Squares Chess. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and TOS, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
1.4 Use of the Website is offered to the User conditioned on acceptance of all terms, conditions, and notices contained in this Agreement and the TOS. By using the Website, the User acknowledges acceptance of the Agreement and TOS. If the User disagrees with any part, they must not use the Website.
1.5 Additionally, the Service Provider may provide terms and guidelines that govern particular features, offers, or policies applicable to each Service. The User is responsible for ensuring compliance with these terms. In case of conflict, the Service Provider's terms shall prevail.

2.0 Modification of Terms

64 Squares Chess reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Services are offered through the Website, including charges. The User is responsible for reviewing these terms regularly.

The User consents that they have read and understood the Privacy Policy of 64 Squares Chess concerning the Website. The User further consents that the terms of the Privacy Policy are acceptable to them.

5.4 64 Squares Chess does not endorse advertisers on its Website. Users must verify all information independently.
5.5 In no event shall 64 Squares Chess be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or performance of the Website.

11.2 Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and maintain this information. Failure to do so may result in account suspension.

64 Squares Chess sends SMS communications related to tournaments and payments.

21.0 Notices

All notices will be sent via email or other specified means. Notices are considered served after 48 hours of sending unless otherwise noted.

22.0 Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts of Chennai.
