Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you and refund the amount as per the policy of the organizer.

64squareschess.com, is not responsible for any cancellation procedures but would help users co-ordinate with organizers for refund if any. In case of refund, we will credit the amount back to your account within 5 working days.

Registrations done through 64squareschess.com cannot be refunded, transferred or cancelled unless stated by organizer.
